Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiji3 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the jiji3 platform at jiji3.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
1Definitions
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:
2Acceptance of Terms
By completing the jiji3 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
- You agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any future amendments notified in accordance with Section 16;
- You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction;
- You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement;
- The information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and your own.
Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
3Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
Access to jiji3 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, consistent with the minimum age requirements for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. jiji3 employs mandatory age verification during the registration process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any funds deposited will be returned to the payment source, net of any amounts already wagered, subject to applicable regulations.
Zero Tolerance: jiji3 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the Platform, contact support at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and act without delay.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
jiji3 is operated primarily for the Philippine market. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. jiji3 does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing from restricted jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms and any resulting account suspension or fund forfeiture will be at the Player's sole risk.
3.3 Self-Exclusion Status
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the jiji3 Platform, or who are registered on any applicable regulatory exclusion list, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jiji3. Attempting to create a new account while under a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.
4Account Registration and KYC
4.1 Registration
To access real-money services on jiji3, you must register an account using a valid Philippine mobile number. You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one (1) active jiji3 account. Accounts are linked to a verified identity — registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. jiji3 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances — including winnings — may be forfeited at jiji3's discretion.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Full Platform access, including withdrawal of funds, requires satisfactory completion of jiji3's KYC process. Players must provide a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, and UMID. jiji3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including source-of-funds documentation for high-volume accounts, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
5Account Security
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiji3 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
jiji3 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must:
- Immediately terminate all active sessions from your account security panel;
- Change your password without delay;
- Enable two-factor authentication if not already active;
- Contact jiji3 support immediately to report the incident.
jiji3 agents will never request your password, two-factor authentication code, or full payment details via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
6Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jiji3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional payment methods may be available and will be displayed within your account wallet section.
6.2 Own-Account Requirement
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits and third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension, fund withholding, and reporting to financial authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
6.3 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jiji3 reserves the right to revise minimum transaction amounts at its sole discretion, with notice provided to active players.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time. jiji3 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that trigger risk-based thresholds, which may extend processing times. jiji3 will communicate any such delays to the affected Player without undue delay.
6.5 Currency
All transactions on jiji3 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. jiji3 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cross-currency transactions.
7Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by jiji3 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Real-money funds in your account are wagered before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
7.3 Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Practices
jiji3 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against bonus abuse. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
- Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures ("collusion");
- Using software or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage in completing wagering requirements;
- Systematically exploiting low-edge or excluded games to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine play;
- Any other conduct that jiji3 reasonably determines to constitute systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
7.4 Expiry
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to track the expiry dates of any active bonuses.
8Gameplay Rules
All games available on jiji3 — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slots, sports betting markets, sabong, bingo, poker, fishing games, and lottery — are governed by the specific rules published for each game or product category, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In addition to game-specific rules, the following general gameplay terms apply across all jiji3 products:
9Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
- Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment instruments, or engaging in chargebacks for wagers that were knowingly placed;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
- Hacking / Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the Platform's operation;
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated mechanisms to interact with the Platform without prior written authorization;
- Arbitrage: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between jiji3 and other platforms in a manner that constitutes professional arbitrage activity;
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward other Players or jiji3 staff via any communication channel.
10Responsible Gaming
jiji3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling on jiji3 is intended as entertainment. We strongly encourage all Players to establish personal limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within every account.
The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and with immediate effect:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
- Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds within specified time periods;
- Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at set intervals to track time spent on the Platform;
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.
jiji3 will not override or reduce a Player-requested restriction during the restriction period. Increases to limits may be subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. 11Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 Suspension by jiji3
jiji3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within required timescales; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
11.2 Funds on Suspension
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, associated funds will be held and not accessible to the Player during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, funds will be released in full. Where a breach is confirmed, jiji3 reserves the right to forfeit funds in accordance with the nature of the breach and applicable legal obligations.
11.3 Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiji3 support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and completion of any pending withdrawal processing.
12Intellectual Property
All content on the jiji3 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, user interface design, graphics, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of jiji3 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, resold, or distributed without the prior written consent of jiji3. Reverse engineering of any Platform software or systems is strictly prohibited.
13Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji3's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiji3 expressly excludes liability for: loss of profits or anticipated savings; indirect, consequential, or special losses; losses arising from service interruptions, network failures, or force majeure events; losses arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms; and losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to an error or technical malfunction.
Nothing in these Terms limits jiji3's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14Privacy and Data Protection
jiji3's collection, use, storage, and protection of Player personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jiji3, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jiji3 processes Player data for the following primary purposes: account administration; identity verification and KYC compliance; anti-fraud and anti-money laundering monitoring; customer support; and regulatory reporting obligations. jiji3 does not sell Player personal data to third-party advertisers. 15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jiji3, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jiji3's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved may also seek assistance from PAGCOR's player protection channels in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
16Amendments to These Terms
jiji3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to active Players via email notification or prominent in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3 before the amendments take effect.
